The Surge Cupboard welcomes Cincinnati State students, faculty, & staff volunteers!
- I understand that information about students/clients of the Surge Cupboard Student Food Pantry is confidential.
- I affirm that I have received training about the operation, rules and procedures of the Surge Cupboard Student Food Pantry and agree to follow the policies outlined therein.
- I give permission for my picture to be taken and used in publications promoting the Surge Cupboard Student Food Pantry as a service of Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
- I agree to fulfill my commitment to days and times I have selected to volunteer. I will contact the Surge Cupboard advisors/coordinators at least 24 hours in advance if I am unable to satisfy the agreed upon hours.
